The Sunday List

As I’ve said before, I adore lists. Bullets, dashes, check boxes, striking through items as I complete them… I love it all. You can imagine how excited I was to find a site like Listography that let’s me do all of that and more and puts me in touch with countless other people who enjoy making lists. I thought I’d bring some of that joy to my blog readers by prompting anyone who wants to participate to make a weekly list on whatever topic I think of.

Fair warning: this is me we’re talking about so some of the topics might be of a personal nature. Or just stupid. Possibly both. This week’s topic is a gentle introduction to my intentions. This week I made a list about movies with soundtracks that I bought and loved.

If it sounds like fun and you’d like to play along. Just leave a comment to your blog post or Listography site (it’s free) and I’ll add it here in a bulleted list (how meta!) so that all your fellow list lovers can find you. I’ll also set up a static page up top that lists all the weekly posts so anyone can start playing any time they want.

I think this will be a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing the kind of lists you guys come up with.

Tomorrow for the Interview and an Excerpt feature, Addison Moore is up and she’s generously offered to give away a free copy of her book Ethreal, book one of her Celestra series. Book 2 just went live a couple of days ago so this is a great chance to get caught up in time for the sequel. Check back for details on her giveaway and to read her interview.

Participants:

Meaghan loves American Beauty and E.T.

Violeta explores TV show lessons in 2 parts: part 1 & part 2

Sean, who has some seriously eclectic tastes, enjoys everything from Singin’ in the Rain to Fight Club.
